How to lodge a support query via the Service Desk Portal
- Navigate to Service Desk Portal
- Login with username
- Enter password
- When successfully logged on, you'll be navigated to the Service Desk Portal Home Page
- Select the 'PeopleTray Support Portal'
- Select the 'PeopleTray Support' link
- Select the option that most suits your query
- Complete mandatory fields
- Click 'Send' button
