A Scored Checklist can be associated with a Competency.
If the checklist passes...
- The associated competency will be automatically updated onto the person's profile.
- The Checklist can automatically be transitioned to a Workflow Ste
To set-up the checklist so the competency automatically updates on a pass
- Login as System Administrator
- Navigate to Settings > Workflow Type
- Edit the Workflow Type
- Navigate to Configuration Tab
- Select the 'Calculate Score' checkbox
- At 'Pass Score' enter a pass percentage rate
- Navigate to Competency Update Tab
- Select the 'No change on Fail' checkbox
- Click 'Save' button
To set-up the checklist so it automatically transitions to a workflow step
- Login as System Administrator
- Navigate to Settings > Workflow Type
- Edit the Workflow Type
- Navigate to Configuration Tab
- Select the 'Auto-Transition on Pass' checkbox
- At 'Auto-Transition on Pass' select the Workflow Step
- Click 'Save' button
