A cleaning roster is mainly prepared for organizing the different cleaning tasks for different days. In order to make this task less cumbersome and easily manageable as well as time saving, a cleaning roster template is prepared and will be applied to the room as required.
Cleaning Types are configured against a Cleaning Roster.
Cleaning Rosters can be applied in two ways - Room or Roster based.
To create a Cleaning Roster
- Login as System Administrator
- Navigate to Settings > Cleaning Rosters
- Complete fields as required
- Click on 'Save' button

Seed Date |
The seed date refers to when the cleaning roster starts it's cycle |
Roster Type |
When the roster starts it's schedule - either:

Cycle Days | The number of days in the roster cycle |
Include Pre-Check Cleans |
Selected Clean Type will be scheduled the day before the guest arrives into the room - when the room has been vacant for minimum number set in Days Vacant |
Days Vacant |
Minimum number of days the room is vacant before scheduling a Pre-Check Clean |
Include Exit Cleans |
Selected Clean Type will be scheduled the day the guest departs the room |
Exit Clean Delay |
When using 'Roster Based Cleaning', the selected Exit Clean Type will be scheduled # days after the guest has departed the room. If the room is booked within that time, the Exit Clean will default back to the day of departure. |

To configure the Cleaning Roster
Once the above cleaning roster has been created, select the Configure hyperlink on the right-hand side:
Select Add Cleaning Types then select the Clean Type and enter Day number applicable:
