A filtered list of people can be batched added to a course (e.g. all profiles assigned to Work Role 'Driller' need to be sent on a First Aid Course).
To activate 'Batch Course Booking'
- Login as System Administrator
- Navigate to Settings > Account Options
- At 'Courses Self Booking' select Value = Yes
- Log off and then log back in to you account to activate the new functionality
- Navigate to My Team > Training Status
- Observe the 'Batch Course Booking' button alongside the 'List' and 'Matrix' button
To add people to a course via 'Batch Course Booking'
- Login as user
- Navigate to My Team > Training Status
- Filter records according to requirements (e.g. filter records according to Work Role)
- Click 'Batch Course Booking' button
- Batch Course Booking modal displays
- Complete mandatory fields
- Click 'Book' button
