A Site is considered a workplace in which workers require travel arrangements to get to there (e.g. flight bookings or bus transfers) AND/OR they require accommodation to stay there.
Single Site
If a business runs a Single-Site configuration, then only one of the Travel Ports is flagged as a 'Site'.
Multi-Site
If a business runs a Multiple-Site configuration, then multiple Travel Ports can be flagged as a 'Site'. The Settings > Account Options > Advanced Roster Sites is required to be flagged as 'Yes'.
Site Permissions
Site Permissions can be granted via a Person > Rosters > Site Permissions.
Users who require access to the following pages require Site Permissions:
- Rosters > Rosters page
- Rosters > Arrive | Depart page
- Rooms > Rooms Booking page
- Rooms > Room Cleaning
Workgroup Editors & Site Permission
If your users require access to workers assigned to a particular Workgroup, they will need to be assigned as Workgroup Editors
Administrators & Site Permission
If your users require access to ALL workers at the Site regardless of the Workgroup they are assigned to they will need to be assigned as Administrators.
Override Travel Ports & Site Permission
If a person is staying overnight at a Travel Port, which is neither their Home Port or Site Port it will be considered an Override Port.
Camp Booking Security
If a business wants to reduce user access to Room Bookings within a certain Camps. Camp Booking Security can be configured via Settings > Account Options > Activate Camp Booking Security.
Users who require access to the following pages require Camp Booking Permissions:
- Rooms > Rooms Booking page
- Rooms > Room Cleaning
