There are four levels of PeopleTray User Security:
- System Administrator
- Administrator
- Workgroup Editor
- Reader
Additional security settings can be turned on or off for more granular security using Custom User Roles.
Overview of System Administrator
- Has access to all Person Profiles
- Has access to all Modules
- Able to access all tables on the Settings page
- Has access to all Workflows
- Custom User Roles can be assigned to the System Administrator to limit access
Overview of Administrator
- Has access to ALL Person Profiles
- Only has access to TeamTray by default but can be given access to other modules
- Limited access to the Settings page
- Has access to Workflows where 'Administrator' is the Workflow Participant
- Custom User Roles can be assigned to the Administrator to limit/enhance access
Overview of Workgroup Editor
- Has access to Person Profiles within the assigned Workgroup/s
- Only has access to TeamTray by default but can be given access to other modules
- Has access to Workflows where 'Workgroup Editor' is the Workflow Participant
- Custom User Roles can be assigned to the Editor to limit/enhance access
Overview of Reader
- Has access to own their own Person Profile
- Only has access to TeamTray by default but can be given access to other modules
- Has access to Workflows where 'Submitter' is the Workflow Participant when Reader has submitted a checklist
- Custom User Roles can be assigned to the Reader to limit/enhance access
