Any competency record which is mapped to the work role will considered a requirement for that work role, if Essential is selected.
Any person assigned a work role will automatically be associated with the required competencies.
How to map a competency to a work role
- Login as System Administrator
- Navigate to Settings > Team Tray Settings > Work Role Settings > Work Roles
- Select Configure hyperlink under the Competencies heading
- Select New
- Select Competency
- Select whether the competency is a Essential (required) record OR Desired (nice-to-have) record
- Select Create
