A compliance is any qualification, certification, license, or test result that is required for a person to perform a role. Examples: Drivers License, Trade Certificate, or Police Clearance.
All compliances are associated with documents that certify that the person has that compliance. Many compliances expire after a period of time. If a compliance does expire for a person, their supervisor can be notified.
