A Work Role is the function or group of tasks that is required to be completed in a specific circumstance.
Example: A person working on a semi-submersible drilling rig might have an Operational Work Role (Diving Supervisor), Maritime Work Role (Bosun), and an Emergency & Rescue Work Role (Fire Warden).
To add a Work Role
- Login as System Administrator
- Navigate to Settings > Team Tray Settings > Work Role Settings > Work Roles
- Select New
- Complete mandatory fields
- Select Create
