How to find a Team Member's username

A username is the email address that uniquely identifies someone in PeopleTray. The username/password combination is required for Team Members to log in to the PeopleTray Web and Mobile App.

To Find a User's Username:

1. Log In: Sign in as an Editor, Administrator, or System Administrator.
2. Navigate to the User's Profile: Go to Person > Contact Details tab.
3. Locate the Username: Observe the Username field, which typically displays the user’s personal or work email address.
