Event Workflow Transitions
SHEQTray uses workflow transitions to manage events and ensure the appropriate stakeholders are notified and involved at each stage. Workflow transitions can be as simple or as complex as required by your business.
Example of Workflow Transitions:
- Team member submits an event
- Team Supervisor reviews and forwards the event to the Safety Manager
- Safety Manager reviews and either:
- Sends the event back to the Supervisor for more details, or
- Forwards the event to an Investigator
- Investigator completes their report and returns it to the Safety Manager
- Safety Manager closes the event
These workflows help streamline the process and ensure timely and accurate management of safety-related events.
