PeopleTray allows all team members to submit a Safety Event, regardless of their security level, from any module via the website or mobile app.
How to Submit a Safety Event via the Website
- Log in to PeopleTray as a Team Member
- From the left menu pane, click Submit New in any module.
- Select Safety Event (Note: The name of this workflow may vary depending on your company’s configuration).
- You will be directed to the Event Details tab.
- Fill out the mandatory fields.
- Click the Submit Event button.
Once submitted, the Safety Event will begin its transition through the workflow process as configured by your company.
How to Submit a Safety Event via the Mobile App
- Log in to the PeopleTray mobile app as a Team Member.
- Tap Safety Event (Note: The name of this workflow may differ based on your company's settings).
- You will be directed to the Event Details page.
- Complete all mandatory fields.
- Tap the Submit button.
The Safety Event will then be submitted and follow the workflow process set by your company.
