SHEQTray is fully customisable to align with your business requirements. For optimal setup, we recommend working with a PeopleTray Consultant to assist with your initial configuration. Afterward, any ongoing configuration can be managed by a System Administrator within your team.
About SHEQTray Event Types
- Customisable Event Types: System Administrators can create multiple Event Types to suit your specific needs.
- Subtypes and Severity Ratings: Each Event Type can have several Subtypes, and each Subtype can be assigned a Severity Rating.
- Severity Ratings and Workflow: Severity Ratings are configured to trigger escalated notifications to the appropriate team members based on Workflow Roles.
How to View and Manage SHEQTray Event Types
- Go to Settings on the top Menu Bar.
- Click SHEQTray Settings > Event Settings.
- Click Event Type to view a grid of active Event Types.
- To view inactive Event Types, check the Show Inactive box.
- To reactivate an inactive Event Type:
- Select the event, click Edit, then click Active, and click Update.
- Event Types can only be deleted if they have never been used in PeopleTray.
