CRMTray allows you to store and manage a variety of information related to each company, such as:
- Company Name
- Trading Name
- ABN/ACN
- Company Contact Details
- Company Contacts
- Documents
- Notes
- Opportunities and Leads linked to Companies
- Assigning TeamTray members to the Company
- Tracking Safety Events or other Reports submitted by the Company in PeopleTray
- Assigning Actions to individuals within the Company
Steps to Add a New Company in CRMTray
- Log in to PeopleTray as an Administrator or System Administrator.
- Access CRMTray using the module selector.
- In the left menu pane, select Add New > Company.
- Fill in the required fields for the company.
- Click Save to create the company profile.
- The Company Profile will appear, where you can:
- Add more information, such as company contacts.
- Attach any relevant documents.
