A Journey Management Plan is typically a set process that you follow for planning and undertaking road transport journeys in compliance with HSE requirements, with the goal of arriving safely. A journey plan can be added via the web or via the PeopleTray Mobile App.
How to add a Journey Plan via the Web
- Login as Reader, Editor, Administrator or System Administrator
- Navigate to Menu Panel > Submit New..
- Select Journey checklist Please Note: Each system is configured differently, in our system the Journey checklist is named 'New Journey' yours might be named some different.
- Journey Details tab displays
- Complete mandatory fields
- Click Next button
- Checkpoints tab displays
- Observe the Start Point and End Point ensure the points and time are correct
- Click Add Checkpoint button, if any further checkpoints are required
- Click Next button
- Checklist tab displays
- Click Submit button
