Journey Management Plans provide a written record of the plan for a journey, which can provide insight into the extent of the due diligence that an employer is taking toward its workers’ road-safety practices.
Please Note: A custom alert can be configured for traveller's who are overdue at a checkpoint. A notification will be sent to designated recipients. Please see here for more information.
How to manage a team member's journey
- Login as Administrator or System Administrator
- Navigate to Menu Panel > Journeys
- Observe the current Journey Plans
- Click Open button for more information about the planned journey
- If a checkpoint is blue, the traveller still has time to get to his/her checkpoint
- If a checkpoint is red, the traveller is overdue at the checkpoint OR has forgotten to select the button to acknowledge that he/she has arrived at the checkpoint. It's good practice to contact the traveller and ensure all is well.
