Once you reached a checkpoint in your journey you will need to update your Journey Plan.
How to indicate that you've reached a checkpoint in your journey via Web
- Login to Web
- Navigate to Menu Panel > Journeys
- Click Open on your Journey Plan
- Click on the Checkpoint button
- A blue checkpoint button indicates that the traveller is still due to get to the checkpoint
- A red checkpoint button indicates that the traveller has exceeded their time getting to the checkpoint
- A green checkpoint button indicates that the traveller has acknowledged that they've reached the checkpoint
- If all checkpoints have been selected the Journey Plan will be considered complete
