A Journey Management Plan is typically a set process that you follow for planning and undertaking road transport journeys in compliance with HSE requirements, with the goal of arriving safely. A journey plan can be added via the web or via the PeopleTray Mobile App.
How to add a Journey Plan via the Mobile App
- Login to Mobile App
- Home page displays
- Select Journey Please Note: Each system is configured differently so the wording might differ slightly
- Journey Details page displays
- Select Driver
- Select Equipment (e.g. LandCruiser)
- Enter Checkpoint 1 Date and Time (e.g. Tanami)
- Enter Checkpoint 2 Date and Time (e.g. Halls Creek)
- Enter any additional Checkpoints (e.g. if traveller will be stopping for lunch along the way)
- Click 'Submit' button
