Once you reached a checkpoint in your journey you will need to update your Journey Plan.
How to indicate that you've reached a checkpoint in your journey via the Mobile App
- Login to the Mobile App
- Home page displays
- Click 'Journey' button
- My Journeys page displays
- Select the checkpoint button
- A blue checkpoint button indicates that the traveller is still due to get to the checkpoint
- A red checkpoint button indicates that the traveller has exceeded their time getting to the checkpoint
- A green checkpoint button indicates that the traveller has acknowledged that they've reached the checkpoint
- If you have reached the final checkpoint, a 'All Journeys are complete' message displays
- Click 'Ok' button
