On your TeamTray home page, click the Book Courses button to open the course bookings page:
Check your Roster then click on the grid cell of the Course Type and Date you wish to book. A form will pop up.
On the form, for the Booking Status, select the Requested option. You may add a note for the Course Administrator. Check the details, then click Book.
Your Courses Administrator will review your request and email your confirmation.
You can can manage course bookings via the Course Booking tab. You can manage individual bookings or bulk update multiple bookings for a particular course on this tab. You can see all your course bookings for the entire organisation on the Course Bookings page.
How to add a new course booking
- Login as Custom Role, Administrator, or System Administrator
- Navigate to View Courses
- Select a Course
- Navigate to Course > Course Bookings tab
- Select Add Bookings button
- Complete mandatory fields
- Click Save button
