You can easily send a pre-populated email notification to confirm the details of a passenger’s flight booking. This can be done from different locations within TeamTray.
Send Email Notification from the Flight Bookings Page
- Log in as an Administrator, System Administrator, or CUR with the necessary permissions.
- Navigate to Flights > Flight Bookings.
- Use the filters on the left side of the screen to display the required bookings.
- Tick the Notify (N) checkbox next to the passenger you wish to notify.
- The details of the flight booking email will appear.
- Edit any details, if necessary.
- Click Send to send the email.
Send Email Notification from the Manage Flight Bookings Page
- Log in as an Administrator, System Administrator, or CUR with the required permissions.
- Navigate to Flights > Scheduled Flights.
- Click the Manage Bookings button next to the flight you want to update.
- Tick the Notify (N) checkbox next to the passenger you wish to notify.
- The details of the flight booking email will appear.
- Edit any details, if necessary.
- Click Send to send the email.
Check that an Email Notification Has Been Sent
- Log in as an Administrator, System Administrator, or CUR with the necessary permissions.
- Navigate to Messages > Sent Messages.
- Filter the results if needed.
- Review the details of the sent messages to confirm the email was successfully sent.
