I've forgotten my Username and/or Password

What is a Username?

Your username on PeopleTray is your email address, which uniquely identifies you on the platform. The combination of your username (email) and password is required to log in to the PeopleTray website or mobile app.

I Have Forgotten My Username

For Users: If you've forgotten your username, you will need to contact your employer or contractor to retrieve it.

For Administrators (to retrieve another user's username):

1. Log in as a Workgroup Editor, Administrator, or System Administrator.
2. Open the Person’s Profile and go to the Contact Details tab.
3. Look for the Username field (typically a personal or work email address).

I Have Forgotten My Password

1. Navigate to the PeopleTray website.
2. Click Sign-In to go to the Sign-In page.
3. Click Trouble signing in?
4. Enter your username (email address), then click Send Email.
5. An email with a password reset link will be sent to you. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your junk email folder.
6. In the password reset email, click the link titled Click to reset your password.
7. Enter a new password (must be at least 8 characters, include one uppercase letter, and one number).
8. Confirm the new password by re-entering it.
9. Click the Create Password button.
10. The Sign-In page will appear again. Enter your username and new password.
11. Click Sign Me In.

This will allow you to regain access to your PeopleTray account.
