Checklists can only be submitted when the phone is online. Once a checklist has been submitted, it cannot be edited or updated.
How do I know if my checklist has been submitted?
- Login as user to the Mobile App
- Navigate to Saved Items
- Observe the records
- Action = View indicates that the checklist/event/report has been submitted
- Action = Update indicates that the checklist/event/report is in draft and still requires to be submitted
