Unmet room requirements include: 

• R = Room required
• F = Flight required 
• F-R = Flight and room required 
• W = Waitlisted on a flight

How to view unmet room or flights bookings

• Login as Custom User Role
• Navigate to Rosters > Required 
• Observe records
