A work role is the function that a worker fills within the organization. A Job Title is the label an employer has gives the worker.
How to add a Job Title
- Login as System Administrator
- Navigate to Settings > TeamTray Settings > Job Titles
- Click New button
- Complete mandatory fields
- Click Save
