If you have entered your password incorrectly five times in a row, your account will be locked for 10 minutes. If you have forgotten your password select the 'Trouble signing in' hyperlink. You will receive an email and will be able to update your password.
- A user can only be locked out of their web account.
- A user cannot be locked out of their mobile app account. A user can attempt multiple logins via the mobile device and not be locked out
- If a user is locked out f their web account then they can still log-in to their mobile app account.
