If you enter your password incorrectly five times in a row, your account will be locked for 10 minutes.

Please Note:
- A user can only be locked out of their web account.
- A user cannot be locked out of their mobile app account; they can attempt multiple logins via the mobile device without being locked out.
- If a user is locked out of their web account, they can still log in to their mobile app account.
