‘Maint Unavailable’ row has been added to the Resource Planning page. This counts Number of Room set as Unavailable + Number of Rooms with Maintenance Unavailable setting

* The 'Total Arriving' has also been redefined to calculate the traveller's shift types
* The 'Flying In/Flying Out' row has also been redefined to exclude 'Driving In/Out' shift types
Bug

A fix has been made on SMS messaging, when there is a duplicate mobile number (within the account OR between accounts) the user will not be able to send a message to the account instead they will receive a message to contact support@peopletray.com. An account will still be able to send messages to active users regardless of how many times there mobile number has been entered in an account.

A fix has been made on Resource Planning page, the Driving In/Out and Flying In/Out Shift Types are now displaying correctly on the page.

A fix has been made on Roster Cleaning build, the Exit Clean/Vacant Clean now takes preference over any other Clean Type

A fix has been made on the Rooms Build
Bug A fix has been made Person > Documents Tab. If a user is associated with two work roles and those two work roles share the same compliance, then the compliance previously displayed twice now this issue is fixed, the shared compliance will display only once.

An enhancement has been made on the Cleanings Roster, a user is able to add/update a Cleaning Type on an adhoc basis.

The Room Cleaning Rosters have been added to the following:
* Rosters > Roster > Build Roster modal

A fix has been made on Cleaning Roster, the shift type for turn-around cleans is not displaying correctly on Room Cleaning page.

 TeamTray Bug

A fix has been made on Person > Roster Tab, when a new Shift Type is applied that doesn't require accommodation then the previously booked room becomes un-booked.

An enhancement has been made on the following functionality
* Any port can be a traveller's Home Port
* If Account Options > Advanced Roster Sites is selected, a Home Port can have an override port
* A Port Override can be added to a Roster

A new system option has been added to the Arrive Depart page, a user can select a 'Checked Out - No key returned'

An enhancement has been made on Settings > Shift Types, an option has been added to Incoming/Outgoing Flight Required a user can now select 'AM or PM'

An enhancement has been made on Rooms a user is able to enter a date range for Maintenance. A Room can be set to Maintenance -Available and Maintenance - Unavailable.

 TeamTray Bug

Some bugs have been fixed on the Rosters > Arrive/Depart page:
* Records are all editable 
* The Search function searches the Traveller’s Name, Flights Number, Room Number, Workgroup

A fix has been made on the Rosters > Rosters > Required View, a Traveller without a mapped Site Port now displays successfully.

An enhancement has been made on Workflow Type > Configuration Tab for Person Checklists. If the 'Auto-Transition on Pass' is activated a checklist can be transitioned to a particular Workflow Step when the Checklist has scored a Pass.

An enhancement has been made on Settings > Workflow Type > Competency Update Tab. If a checklist has Passed the Competency can now be automatically updated on the Person > Competency Tab
Bug A bug has been fixed on Manage Flight Bookings page when adding a Manual Booking, a user is required to set a Home Port and Default Site Port for a Traveller
Bug A fix has been made on the Manage Flight Bookings Page > Manual Booking, the Shift Types which display reflect correctly
Enh

The Rosters > Arrive/Depart page has been enhanced with the following:
* The Manage Flights Booking > Flight Status> No/Go Show displays on the page

 TeamTray Enh A new Reporting API has been released for Equipment Service Events
Enh A new option has been added to Setting > Account Options. If 'Approved Journeys on Mobile App' is selected then only Journeys where the current workflow step has the Approved setting ticked will display on the mobile app.

In the Resource Planning pages, added the ability to view resource demand based on the pipeline of Travel Requests. This view can be combined with Roster and Virtual Planning demand.

A fix has been made on the Competencies Dashboard the calculations have been corrected.

An enhancement has been added to the Travel Request. The user is now able to update a worker's Base Roster. The Travel Request > Base Roster Change will display all active alternate rosters.

A Travel Request Type can be marked as 'Base Roster Change' via Settings > Rosters > Travel Request Type and selecting the 'Base Roster Change' checkbox.

Rosters > Grid Cell: able to right click and select 'Batch Change' which allows the Shift Type to updated across multiple profiles and multiple days.

  • When right click cell with Base only, it will list all profiles on display with the same Shift Type.
  • When right click cell with Change Shift Type, it will list people with that Shift Type.
  • Able to change the From Date to move the Shift Type back/forward and set a To Date - which defaults to 1 day.  Applying filters to the list will reduce the number of profiles applicable.

Rosters > New Filters: Team Group selector, Flight Date/Number selector and Flight Booking Status selector.  Filters have also been moved accordingly.

Rosters > Roster View: when hovering over Base/Change labels, the following information displays - Roster, Workgroup, Employer, Home Port, Site Port, Camp, Room name and Room Group (if either applicable)

When hovering over Base grid cell, the following information displays (where applicable) - Shift Type Name, Flight Number, Booking Status, Camp and Room Name (when room is booked)
Rosters > Required View > Unmet: when hovering over R and/or F, additional information is provided (where applicable) - Home Port, Site Port, Camp, Allocated Room, Room Group.
Rosters > Required View > Unmet: when right clicking grid cell, new option 'Edit Details' which allows you to update any of the information provided in the hover over (noted above)
Rooms > Room Assigned > New Filters: Room Name, Room Group, Travel Group and Team Group 
Group Travel > Add Group Requirement: Site Port field has changed to Travel Port allowing any Port to be selected
Group Travel > Group Requirement: when expanding the requirement, Home Port, Site Port and Camp are visible for each person

Fix Rosters > Export Rosters: when filtering the results for a person, the report now displays without error

Various Enh Workflow > Comments tab: 'Added time' displays below 'Added on'.  Sort order now by Date then by Time in descending order.
Fix When ' appears in Person Name, this will display correctly eg. Event Details tab and other pages previously using the old control

 TeamTray Enh Person Profile > Roster: When adding a new roster to a person, a To Date will automatically be added to the previous current roster
Person Profile > Roster: Bookings are now coloured to identify how the room or flight was booked - blue is automatic, green is a manual change
Rooms > Edit: Now able to change the Booking Type & Room Type for the room
Rooms > Filters: Search Groups now displays "Search Travel Groups" and new "Search Room Groups" filter available

 Enh Settings > Rosters: Copy - new copy button to allow you to quickly create a new roster
Enh Settings > Rosters: After adding a new roster, or copying an existing roster, you will navigate to the configuration page
Enh Settings > Rosters: Day of week that the Roster Seed date relates to now displays in grid
Enh Settings > Rosters: Equipment filter now displays above Search field.  If an equipment item is set against a Shift Type, any rosters which contain this will display.
Enh Person Profile > Roster: When adding a roster, now able to set the Person Seed Date.  Radio option will default to Roster Seed Date and if you select Person Seed Date, a Date field will display.
Enh Person Profile > Roster: When adding a roster, now able to select a date to filter rosters which will begin on that date
Enh Person Profile > Roster: Display from Date is now "Today less 7 days" to make it easier to see Shift Types prior to today.
Fix Person Profile > Build: If no Camp has been selected, flights will build.  Once a Camp has been selected, rooms will book automatically into a room with a Booking Type of Casual.
Fix Person Profile > Roster: Hovering over a Change will now display who made the change and when it was made
Enh Flights > Flight Bookings: Edit Reference direct in grid to allow quicker updates
Info Change Logs > Roster Change Log: Changes made to the Person's Shift Type from the Roster listing page or Person > Rosters tab between 08-Jan-2022 and 15-Jan-2022 won't be visible on the Change Log page.

 TeamTray Fix Submit New > More > Right-click on a checklist and select 'Open in a new tab': The new tab opened to the 'More' page instead of the selected checklist.  This has been fixed and the user is navigated to the selected checklist.

Enh Rosters / Rooms / Travel Build: The Build functionality has been rewritten to improve performance.  In addition, this is now limited to a 3 month time range.
Enh Settings > Rosters > Configuration: 2 buttons now display - 1 to build the roster pattern, 1 to build all people on the roster
Fix My Team > Procedures: Was including inactive people in the page. This has been fixed and only active people will display.
Fix TeamTray Change Logs: The 'TeamTray Change Logs' menu item only displays for user's which have the appropriate Custom User Role. 
Projects Enh Projects > Field Officer Review: A Start Date column has been added to this page
