A timesheet is a method for recording the amount of a worker's time spent on each job. Timesheets can be entered via the PeopleTray Web or the Mobile App and administered via TeamTray > My Team > Timesheets.
Timesheets are mapped to a workflow and therefore can be configured to multiple workflow steps.
Submitted timesheets can be viewed via Incoming Reports and My Team > Submitted Reports.
There are two methods to capture a worker's time:

- Simple:
- Allows the user to enter the actual hours spent on a task
- Configurable questions/responses can be added (e.g. Tasks, Activities, Shift Type etc.)
- Time Range:
- Allow the user to enter the start time and end time of time spent on the task
- A Project can be selected
- A Description can be entered
- Configurable questions/responses can be added (e.g. Tasks, Activities, Shift Type etc.)
To configure a Time Range Timesheet

If Time Range is selected as a Response Type, it will bring two fields into the Timesheet Checklist
