The Workflow Step can be displayed in colour for easier reference.
Adding colour to a Workflow Step on Travel Request
- Login as Administrator or System Administrator
- Navigate to Settings > Workflow Admin > Configure Workflow > Workflow Process
- Click 'Configure' hyperlink
- Workflow Step Configuration page displays
- Click 'Manage Transitions and Participants' icon
- Transitions and Participants Configuration page displays
- At Step Settings, enter HEX colour
- At Step Setting, enter three letter code
- Click 'Update' button
Please Note:
- Any changes to the Workflow will only take effect only newly raised Travel Requests and not on existing Travel Requests
