An Enhancement Request is a request from a client to add new functionality to PeopleTray or improve the performance of the product, going beyond the specifications outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
The Enhancement Request Process
- Submission: The client submits an enhancement request through the Support Desk or a PeopleTray Implementation Consultant.
- Review and Evaluation: The Product Team reviews and evaluates the requirements to determine whether the request is a viable solution.

Approval:
- If the request is viable, it will be added to the Product Roadmap.
- If the request is not viable, it will be cancelled.
- The client will be notified of the outcome.
