Reports: Travel

There are a number of generic reports which can be generated in PeopleTray. 

Report Name	Description	Calculation
Travel Itinerary	All flight and room booking for a person	Include manual and flight bookings
Export Roster	All active people been assigned a base or change shift type	Include Shift Type code Excludes manual and flight bookings
Export Roster With Rooms	All active people been assigned a base or change shift type and who is occupying a room	Include Shift Type code Excludes manual and flight bookings
Evacuation	All active people who has been mapped to a default or override site port	Excludes manual room booking
Export Flights	Exports all booking statuses on all active flights	Excludes manual flight booking
Flight Manifest	A list of passengers on active flight	Includes manual flight booking
Flight Utilisation	The efficiency of flight usage through a travel port	Number of available seats on a flight / Flight booking status 'Booked' x 100 No Show/Go Show not included
Rooms	Exports all active rooms	Only active rooms  Includes available and unavailable rooms Legend X: Room booked to worker (permanent single) and worker is not on-site O:   Initials of worker occupying the room Blue: Rostered Green: Manual Flight Booking
Cleaning	Exports all active rooms and the cleaning roster associated with it that day
Room Utilisation	The efficiency of room usage within a camp	Number of active Rooms / occupied room status 'Booked' x 100
Room Cleaning	Exports all active rooms and the cleaning roster associated with it that day
Occupancy	A list of people who have occupied a room
