Production Data Import Wizards

Several Import Wizards are available within the Production module to help you efficiently upload data into the system, including:

• Production Locations Import Wizard
• Production Stockpiles Import Wizard
• Production Parcels Import Wizard

Steps to Use the Import Wizards

1. Download and populate the required Excel Import Template with the data you wish to upload (all templates are available in the Import Templates section).
2. Navigate to:
   Settings > Data > Import Wizards
   Then select the appropriate wizard:
   • Prod-Locations
   • Prod-Stockpiles
   • Prod-Parcels
3. Click Choose File and select your completed Excel file.
4. Click Next, then select Mapping Details.
5. Confirm that the spreadsheet fields are correctly mapped to the corresponding system fields.
6. Click Apply Mappings and Import to begin the import process.

Once the import is complete, a confirmation message will be displayed, including details of any records that failed to import (if applicable).
