A roster is a schedule that specifies the days and times employees are required to work. In addition to outlining work shifts, the roster also determines associated requirements such as incoming and outgoing flights, accommodation, and meal needs.
How to Assign a Person a Roster
- Log in as an Editor, Administrator, or System Administrator.
- Navigate to Person > Roster.
- Click the 'Add Roster' button.
- Complete the mandatory fields:
- Click the 'Save' button.
Note: The Roster Seed Date is the date when the master roster cycle began. The Person Seed Date refers to the date when an individual started their first cycle. This date may not align with the Roster Seed Date if the person joins their crew partway through the roster cycle (e.g., during their first swing).
