More Information About the Roster Grid
-
Asterix: The roster builds for a set period (usually 3 months). When the roster is outside of the build period, an asterix (*) will display. This allows the user to view the planned roster, although it has not actually been built (i.e., travel and accommodation have not been booked).
Underline: If a person is travelling to or staying at a set Override Port, the shift type will be underlined. For example, a person's Home Port might usually be Brisbane, but they may be flying to site via Perth and require overnight accommodation in Perth before flying to site. In this instance, the person would be assigned a Home Port Override = Perth, as this is the port they are flying to site from. You can hover over the shift type to view more details.
Line Above: If a Workgroup Override has been applied to the person for the shift, there will be a line above the shift type indicating this. You can hover over the shift type to view more details.
Required = F: A flight is required by the person (as per their assigned shift type), but no flight has been booked yet.
Required = R: A room is required by the person (as per their assigned shift type), but no room has been assigned yet.
Required = F-R: Both flights and rooms are required by the person (as per their assigned shift type), but neither has been booked or assigned.
