The Resource Planning tool gives administrators a comprehensive, forward-looking view of resource (rooms and flights) availability and demand, with options to filter by site ports and camps. It includes:
- Available rooms and flight seats
- Demand for rooms and flight seats
- Number of people on-site, including those on dayshift, nightshift, and leave
Key Tabs on the Resource Planning Page:

Resource Planning Tab:
This tab displays a grid with resource availability and demand for each day over a 30-day calendar view, allowing administrators to see both the available and required resources. -
Roster Plan Tab:
The Roster Plan tab shows the active Roster Patterns and the number of people assigned to the roster for each day, including both base rosters and any roster changes. It provides a daily calendar view of roster assignments. -
Charts Tab:
This tab offers a quick visual overview of people on-site, along with the availability of rooms and flights for each day, helping administrators quickly assess resource status. -
Virtual Demand Tab:
Here, users can create and manage Virtual Demand plans, allowing them to forecast the number of people needed on-site without adding them to the system as individual users.
This structure provides administrators with an intuitive, comprehensive view of resource utilisation and demand, enabling more efficient planning and decision-making across multiple sites.
